Founder & Principal
Samantha Bendix is an operations and real estate executive with nearly two decades of experience leading complex portfolios, capital programs, organizational transformation, and enterprise initiatives.
Her experience spans architectural design, construction management, owner's representation, program leadership, and executive facilities operations. As a Chief Facilities Officer, she has led complex portfolios and capital work while leading organizations through major operational change.
A Registered Interior Designer and LEED Accredited Professional, Samantha brings a multidisciplinary perspective to every engagement — combining the lens of an operator, owner's representative, strategist, and executive leader.
